How are you doing?

The time has come to weigh in on how well we're doing on our challenge. Only three of us even posted what we were going to work on... hopefully the rest of you are working on something, but don't think just because you didn't post it I won't ask... leave a comment and let us know how its going.

I have exercised more than I was before my lesson, but not quite up to 5 times per week. I have been consistent with 3 times per week though so I'm on my way!

I have done really well some days and not so well on other days. I average 3-4 fruit/veggies a day. I don't know why I can't get that 5th one in! I am definitely more aware now and when I want a snack I try veggies or fruit instead of something else. I am gathering more veggie recipes too (Thanks Ali) so I am on my way!

yeah I have been doing pretty good. I've made it to bed around 10 or 10:30 most nights but I need to work on getting to sleep at a decent time on the weekends...lol
